Bore Condition: The bore is shiny with crisp rifling.
Description:

Manufactured in 1914. Factory scroll engraving of the style attributed to Cuno Helfricht (no factory letter to document included with the lot). "Triangle/VP" and "R" marked on the left of the trigger guard. Fitted with a pair of pearl grips with silvered brass Colt medallions and a "CAL.32/COLT" marked blued magazine. Provenance: The Charles Marx Collection

Rating Definition:

Very good as period refinished, retaining much of the finish with scattered light pitting and handling marks under the finish, softened factory markings, some minor spotting, and minor handling wear. The grips are very fine. Mechanically excellent.
