The included factory letter confirms the current caliber, barrel length, finish, bird's head backstrap, and one piece smooth grips when the revolver was shipped to NCC L. P. Bangers Distribution of Birmingham, AL, on October 26, 1992. There is an additional note on the letter stating that this revolver was used as a Colt Show Gun and displayed as an example of available products from Colt's Custom Shop.

Excellent overall, original finish with minor handling evidence. Mechanically excellent.
