Bore Condition: The bore is mostly shiny with crisp rifling and light streaking/frosting.
Description:

Manufactured c. 1935-1940. Liege, "lion/PV", and "star/E" proofed, with "crown/PH" military proof on the left of the frame. "A/ME" marked on the left of the trigger guard. Features a tangent rear sight and slotted back strap. Matching serial numbers on the frame, slide, and barrel. Fitted with checkered walnut grips with red painted interiors and an unmarked parkerized magazine with blued baseplate. Note: This item features a high-capacity magazine which has a capacity above 10 rounds and cannot be sold or transferred to residents in states where handgun magazine capacity is limited to no more than 10 rounds. Please check your local laws and regulations prior to bidding.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, retaining much of the original finish with scattered light edge wear, a notch cut into the top of the slide in front of the tangent rear sight, scattered minor patches of spotting/freckling, and light handling marks. The grips are fine with numerous minor handling marks in the otherwise defined checkering. Mechanically excellent.
