Bore Condition: The bore is shiny with crisp rifling.
Description:

November 1943 production receiver, "NM" marked on the "SA" and "4-63" dated barrel with bright chamber, "NM/062" front sight, post-war "NM" marked "SA" operating rod, and "SA/US1" marked bolt. Fitted with a walnut stock set glass bedded to the receiver and trigger housing.

Rating Definition:

Very fine as arsenal refurbished and upgraded, with some minor edge wear, plum coloration on the gas cylinder, limited spotting, and some minor handling marks. The rear sight peep is absent. The stock is fine as sanded, re-oiled and glass bedded. Mechanically excellent.
