Bore Condition: Dull and worn through the length.
Description:

Manufactured prior to World War II, before the German Navy standardized their Lugers to match the Army safety configuration; most Navy Lugers were either made or altered to match this configuration. Blade and two-position notch rear sights with a blank chamber, unproofed receiver, "crown/M" proofed barrel, "GESICHERT" marked lower safety position, checkered grips, and a "crown/M" marked unnumbered magazine. A small "B in shield" proof is present on the right side of the frame.

Rating Definition:

Good, with areas of brown and gray patina, scattered shallow pitting (deeper beneath the grips, edge wear and handling marks. The takedown lever is a mixed numbered replacement, with some unnumbered components. Grips are good, with a chip absent from the right panel and mild stains and dings. Mechanically excellent.
