Manufactured in 1940. Importer mark on the "eagle/WaA623" proofed and "40BO" code barrel. "1940" dated, "eagle/WaA623" proofed, and Russian "X" capture marked receiver ring. Matching serial numbers on the barrel, with the bolt body and floorplate hand re-numbered to match, and mixed numbers on other components. Fitted with a laminate stock numbered to match on the left of the butt. Cleaning rod is absent.

Fine as arsenal refurbished, retaining much of the finish with plum coloration on the extractor, dried varnish/grease, some minor spotting, and light handling marks. The stock is also fine as sanded and varnished with numerous scattered minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.

Fitted with a laminate birch stock numbered to another rifle. Includes a leather sling.
