The rifle is marked "5.6-35" for the caliber, generally thought of as very slightly different that the American .22 Hornet, though given that the rifle was built for the American market it is possible that is the chambering as the rifle feeds and ejects a .22 Hornet dummy cartridge. Excellent overall, original finish with minor handling evidence and sharp checkering on the wood. Mechanically excellent. The rear lens of the scope is cracked and optics slightly hazy.
