Description:

1) Jody Samson signed "Brutus" cutlass. OAL:37 3/4" with 31 1/4" blade. 2) Jody Samson signed "Cromwell" baskethilt. OAL:33 3/4" with 26 3/4" blade. Jody Samson began his knife making and bladesmithing career learning from John Nelson Cooper of Burbank, California. He was later hired as a knife designer by Les DeAsis of Pacific Cutlery (Benchmade) and won "Blade" magazine's "Knife of the Year" award in 1979. Jody Samson has designed and built swords for numerous films and television shows including: Conan the Barbarian, The Mask of Zoro, Blind Fury, Batman & Robin, Batman Forever, Hook, and Red Dawn.
