This is a set of leather pommel holsters that are unmarked but appear to be designed for standard Model 1836 or similar single shot martial pistols and would have likely been used by an officer as standard dragoons and cavalrymen were only issued holsters for a single handgun. Poor. The leather displays significant age cracking and wear, and the flaps are absent.
