This two barrel set features a set of 20 and 28 gauge barrels, both 28 inches in length with a single bead sight on the matte vent rib, screw-in choke system and ejectors. Both have the standard markings, numbered to the gun, silver inlaid "1" (20 gauge) and "2" (28 gauge) on the rib at the breech and have an oil finished, nicely figured checkered Schnabel forearm with engraved hardware. The action is engraved with floral scroll designs as well as deep relief game bird scenes. There is a small banner on each side marked "P. BERETTA" and the bottom is marked "MADE IN ITALY" over "P. BERETTA/SILVER PIGEON II". The upper tang is marked with the serial number over "SILVER PIGEON". Gold washed single trigger, tang mounted automatic safety/selector, and a nicely figured oil finished checkered walnut pistol grip stock with a solid Beretta recoil pad and gold initial oval.
