Likely manufactured in Wurttemberg, Germany, back of movement marked "VERA TEMPUS", housed in a slate/stone/granite case, and topped with a romanticized cast iron statue of a Roman cavalryman or medieval knight.

Rating Definition:

Fine overall, the case showing some light handling/storage wear, slightly loose glass over the dial with some light chipping around the edges, slight fading on the dial, and the tip of the cavalryman's lance and some of the reigns detached/absent. The movement is untested.
