Gauge: 22
Barrel: 28 inch octagon
Finish: blue/casehardened
Grip:
Stock: walnut
Item Views: 313

Class: Antique
Description:

Checkered deluxe fancy grain walnut on the buttstock and forearm. Standard three line Marlin marking on the left side of the receiver which has the typical dished-out top flat usually found on these small caliber rifles. The front sight blade and rear sight are replacements. The buttplate is also a replacement which has a matching number in a larger die. The lever screw has been replaced.

Rating Definition:

Good with traces of dull blue on the barrel, worn on the edges and mixed with very light surface rust. The casehardening is gone on the sides of the receiver but it has mostly silvered out with only scattered spots of color. The wood has been cleaned with the forearm sanded and refinished. The action is fine.
