Description:

28-1/2 inch deeply curved single fuller blade is etched on both sides but has no makers mark. The 22 stars etched on the left side of the blade might indicate the year that the 22nd state joined the Union, 1819. The brass hilt is Germanic in form. No scabbard.

Rating Definition:

About good. The etching is clear on the blade with some pitting and staining towards the tip. There is light chipping on the grip. The hilt retains much of the gilt.
