1. 27-5/8" straight blade with single unstopped fullers. No markings. Simple cruciform cross guard with languets, knights head pommel riveted to blade tang. Fluted ivory grip. The black leather scabbard has a brass top and drag. The tip is missing. 2. Ames Model 1840 musicians sword. 28-1/8" straight single fuller blade is marked "US/A.D.K./1853" on the right recasso, "AMES MFG. CO./CHICOPEE/MASS" on the left, with "A.D.K./JWR" on the knuckle bow. The scabbard is missing. 3. Unidentified U.S. Model 1850 Foot Officers sword. The 31-1/2" double fuller blade has a very faint etched working on the left ricasso, not readable. The blade etching is also faint but appears to be the standard eagle on the right and U.S. on the left. The hilt has been recovered. The scabbard is missing.

Rating Definition:

1. Good with some brightness mixed with scattered spots of pitting. The hilt has a dark patina with spots of corrosion. The grip has light soiling. The seam of the scabbard is partially unsewn. The tip is dented and broken. 2. Good with gray patina mixed with light pitting on the blade. The brass hilt has been polished but is toning nicely. 3. Gray patina with light pitting overall. The brass is good.
