This revolver was manufactured in 1909. Flattened blade front sight on barrel with two line address on top and "45 COLT" on the left side. The frame has the two line, three date patent marking next to the encircled Rampant Colt logo. Grips are checkered hard rubber with Rampant Colt logos in ovals at the top. Replaced hammer and grips

Good, with traces of the original finish remaining, along with some light overall pitting. A smooth gray shows over the surface, with traces of the blue and casehardened finishes remaining in the protected areas. The oversized reproduction grips are good as replacements, with some light scratches, and a chip missing from the right toe. The action is good.
