Manufactured from 1906 until 1910 this Ladysmith features fixed sights, a casehardened checkered hammer, a smooth casehardened trigger, a fluted seven round cylinder, and black checkered grips with S&W logo's.

Very good as refinished with light flaking on the right sideplate and some frosting of the nickel on the bottom of the barrel. The cylinder shows a few small dings. The grips are excellent.
