Manufactured without sights, the top of the receiver is fitted with Leupold bases and rings. The caliber marking indicates this rifle was rechambered to 257 Roberts Improved. This push feed rifle has the standard 3 position safety and is equipped with a checkered bolt knob, jeweled bolt, and hinged floor plate. Complete with a one piece Fleur d' lis checkered pistol grip stock with Schnabel forend, black plastic grip cap, sling swivel studs, and a red rubber Winchester marked recoil pad.

Excellent 99% plus bright finish remaining showing only light scuffs on the bolt and bolt handle. The stock is excellent also with scattered dings and scratches.

Manufactured in 1948 and equipped with a hooded ramp front sight and adjustable sporting rear sight. Marked "30 WCF" caliber. Standard action. Straight grip stock with a checkered steel buttplate and long forearm.

Excellent 90% plus finish remaining with the receiver showing scattered patches of spotting and minor high edge wear. The front sight shows light spotting and scratches. Many of the screw slots are rough. The wood appears professionally refinished. The action is excellent.
