Less than 19,000 were manufactured in a period that ran from 1927 to 1936. Equipped with a dovetailed blade front sight, a standard Lyman receiver sight, single leaf folding rear sight on the barrel, detachable 10 shot magazine, and one piece plain pistol grip stock with barrel band, sling swivels and a checkered steel butt plate. The barrel has a tapped hole in front of and behind the folding sight that have filler screws.

Excellent, 95% plus bright finish remaining with scattered scratches and scuffs on the barrel and barrel band and bolt handle. The triggerguard is a smooth plum patina with 50% thinning blue. The wood shows no finish wear with slight handling marks.
