Description:

Japanese Type 99 rifle from the 32nd series with serial number 59673 made by Toyo Juki Kogyo under supervision of Kokura Arsenal. The top of the receiver ring is marked with the mum and three Japanese characters. Fixed front sight and adjustable military rear sight with the anti-aircraft wings. Complete with a late war Type 99 bayonet and hardwood scabbard painted olive drab.

Rating Definition:

Excellent. The rifle retains 98% of the finish with a chisel mark on the mumm. The stock has been sanded and revarnished and remains in very good condition with overall scattered minor dings and dents. The bayonet is excellent with 97% finish and some light spotting on the handle. The scabbard is very good. Markings are clear. Mechanically fine.
