2025 manufactured in 1973 as a 40th year commemorative model for the Ohio Stare Patrol. Fixed front sight and rear notch sight. Casehardened hammer and serrated trigger, six round fluted cylinder, and smooth grips with S&W medallions. The right side of the frame is marked " 40th ANNIVERSARY " and the logo of the Ohio State Patrol. The blackstrap is marked "HP1389". Complete with wood French cut presentation case. Case lid is branded with the 40th anniversary logo of the Patrol and a S&W logo.

Near new with only a very faint drag line on the cylinder.
