This model 10 features, the fixed duty sights, six round fluted cylinder, checkered hammer, and serrated trigger that all the officers carried, with the addition of the gold-washed Ohio State Patrol seal on the right side plate. The backstrap is marked "HP383". Smooth wraparound grips with S&W medallions. In wooden presentation case with seal on the lid (identical to that on the side plate) and blue velvet lining.

Excellent, with scattered minor handling marks, and a faint drag line on the cylinder. The grips are also excellent with a few minor dings and some slight flaking of the varnish on the butt.
