20 inch diameter wheel, 4 spoked, with both sides painted and fitted with pegs. The front side is divided into 30 sections and randomly numbered from 1 to 30, while the backside is divided into 8 sections, and then subdivided into 6 sections each, with monetary values, which have been altered by hand. A stiff piece of leather secured to strike the pins, and the middle of the post is hinged for folding during transport and storage. The base is scroll decorated brass.

Very good as noted, with the original paint flaking in a few places and some dings. Mechanically sound.
