J.C. Gregory, Commanding, Lieut. Shaw, Adjt.". The photograph is dominated by an assembled group of men organized by unit, 3-5 ranks deep, with the marching band at the extreme left of the photo and the right side of the formation coming within 3" of the photos edge. Also visible are a large number of buildings and a field of tents, with some more uniformed men saluting, along with a few civilians. In very good condition, with some light cracking, and fading in the lower left corner.
