Manufactured between 1980-1983 as indicated by the "B70" serial suffix. The pistol features a blade front and notch rear sight The left side of the slide is marked "COLT'S MKIV/SERIES70/GOVERNMENT MODEL/.45 AUTOMATIC CALIBER" followed by the Rampant Colt motif. The right side is marked "COLT'S GOVERNMENT MODEL". Serrated trigger, slide release, magazine catch, safety, and hammer. Also includes checkered walnut grips with inlayed gold Rampant Colt medallions.

Excellent near new, with approximately 99% original finish remaining overall. The slide and frame show only minor handling marks overall with the exception of one tiny scuff on the left side of the frame behind the trigger. The grips are also excellent with only minimal overall wear.
