Description:

The MkII Sten was a very well known British sub machine gun used during World War II. It was designed to be built with the least effort and least use of strategic materials and scarce machine tool resources. It was built of stampings, pipe, and welds. While certainly not real photogenic, The Sten's worked quite well. This semi automatic version, in the original 9mm caliber, was built by Catco in California. It is semi automatic only and is fitted with a legal length 16 inch barrel. The fake silencer (plastic) covers the barrel and makes it look more authentic. The orange canvas piece laced onto the " silencer" is of the original style and was to protect the user's hand from the barrel heat. These semi automatic guns are perfect copies of the WWII Sten and obviously use many of the original parts while remaining perfectly legal to own in any state.

Rating Definition:

Excellent plus with no finish loss and only the slightest handling marks overall.
