The man is garbed in a partial loincloth and head wrap, and the sword has a 13" forward curved blade, with heavy engraving on the grip and sheath. The base is signed "A- Mercle", with the border decorated with excellent linework and Hebrew symbols on the front, and is mounted on a two layer gray and green fluted marble plinth.
