Beaded blade front and elevation adjustable rear notch sights, sixth style barrel inscription, Winchester "WP" proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech, nickel plated receiver, trigger guard, and buttplate, Third Model receiver with exposed locking lugs, correct gallery style loading port, standard markings on the upper tang, and matching numbers on the lower tang and receiver. 12 groove slide handle and plain walnut straight grip stock with crescent buttplate.

Good. The barrel has 20% much faded original blue with light barrel proofs, brown patina, and mild edge wear on the balance. The receiver has 80% original nickel finish with a mostly frosted appearance, scattered dark spotting, and visible edge wear. The refinished, reoiled wood is good with small dings and scratches, and some dark spotting and minor pitting on the buttplate.
