Developed in the late 20s and put into production in 1935, the L-35 Lahti pistol was intended to be an entirely domestic military firearm for Finland, replacing the Luger, the Ruby, and leftover Russian/Soviet Nagants with a potent firearm capable of handling extreme temperatures. Blade front and notch rear sights, with the raised chamber indicator ahead of "VKT/L-35/SA" on top of the receiver, "SA" repeated on the left side of the chamber, and matching numbers on the frame, receiver and bolt. Fitted with a pair of checkered grips with "VKT" logos and a "SA" marked magazine.

Excellent, with 90% plus original blue finish, showing a plum tone on the receiver, areas of gray patina, bright edge wear, and minor spotting and handling marks overall. The grips are also excellent, with a few light scuffs. Mechanically excellent.
