Description:

This particular Registered Magnum with reg. no. 1063 is one of 1,518 manufactured with a 6 1/2 inch barrel. The revolver has a pinned blade front sight, an adjustable square notch rear sight, and S&W medallion checkered Magna grips with right panel numbered to a different gun (61825). Matching serial numbers appear on the butt, cylinder, and ejector shroud. Provenance: The Jon M. Maxwell Collection

Rating Definition:

Excellent, retaining 95% original blue finish with some scattered high edge wear, muzzle wear, a cylinder drag line, and a cleaned small patch of spotting/pitting on the trigger and trigger guard. 90% original case colors remain on the hammer and trigger. The grips are excellent with limited handling marks and overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
