The accompanying factory letter states the revolver was shipped on February 13, 1970, and delivered to Em Roe Sporting Goods Co. of Indianapolis, Indiana, with a 6 inch barrel, partridge front sight, target hammer, target trigger, blue finish, ivory grips, and Class "A" engraving. It is the opinion of the writer that the revolver was beautifully enhanced with a well executed relief floral scroll pattern on a matted background, covering 70% of the surface along with silver inlaid line borders on the frame and cylinder, and fitted with a set of oversize two-piece grips. The revolver has a ramped blade front sight, adjustable square notch rear sight, and casehardened target hammer and trigger. The hardwood presentation case is lined in blue velvet and contains an empty cartridge block.

Very fine overall as highly embellished, retaining 99% plus blue finish with limited handling marks and grips with attractive color. The case is very fine. Mechanically excellent. A highly attractive engraved and inlaid S&W Model 19-3 revolver.
