Manufactured in 1937, this is one of 1,518 Registered Magnums manufactured with a 6 1/2 inch barrel. It is fitted with a Call gold bead front and adjustable square notch rear sights and a humpback hammer. The inside of the frame is marked "REG. 1421", and matching serial numbers are found on the butt, barrel, and cylinder. The inside of the much later production replacement checkered S&W medallion grips are ink stamped "NT-4300/LH-5913".

Very fine, retaining 95% original blue finish with some muzzle wear, some dings, and a few small patches of minor spotting/pitting. Grips are excellent with limited handling marks and crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
