Rating Definition:

Excellent overall, retaining 97% plus attractive original dark parkerized finish with some minor spotting/brown patina showing on the bottom side of the frame, minor cycling wear on the barrel and slide, a minor takedown drag line, crisp grip checkering, and otherwise limited handling marks. Mechanically excellent. Overall a standout representative of a late 1943 production U.S. Ithaca M1911A1!
