Hooded blade front and folding ladder rear sights, "SA/10-13" barrel, and milled triggerguard assembly bearing the "(flaming bomb)/N.R.A." marking to distinguish it from items still in government inventory. Oil quenched casehardened receiver, safety and magazine cut-off, and all blued milled components that include barrel bands, bolt, trigger guard, and floorplate. "S" style stock with single reinforcing bolt, high hump handguard with proper rear sight clearance cut, and sharply checkered steel buttplate with compartment. Serrated trigger, dished windage and elevation knob, and rear sight leaf with the 2,850 yard notch. "H" marked on the bayonet lug, "F 1" marked on the rear bolt lug, the left stock wrist is stamped with the Ordnance final inspection initials "J.F.C." in a rectangle, and a small "15" above a circled script "P" firing proof stamped behind the trigger guard.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, with 90% plus original blue finish, showing mild handling marks and edge wear overall. The receiver retains 98% strong original dark case color, with brighter colors on the cut-off and bolt components. The stock is also excellent, with mild dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
