Description:

Grouping includes four "SPECIAL RECON. BN" rocker patches (two embroidered, two bullion embroidered, one of the embroidered patches is tagged as German in origin, and one of the bullion as Italian), a hand-made 48-star American flag patch with orange rayon backing (noted as being Albanian made for an OSS man using parachute material), three jump wing patches (including one with Cross of Lorraine motif attributed as a gift from the Free French to an American with Operation Jedburgh), and a small enamel pin from the GQ Parachute Company. Provenance: The Putnam Green/Sycamore Collection

Rating Definition:

Very good overall, with mild stains and handling marks. The GQ pin is slightly bent.
