Manufactured circa 1967 as part of an unknown (likely limited) quantity manufactured for the second contract of Omani pistols, with the actual number of delivered pistols unknown at this time. Features fixed serrated blade front and adjustable tangent rear sights (graduated from 50 to 500), shoulder stock slotted frame with left side lanyard loop, matching serial numbers on the sight side of the barrel, slide, and frame, along with "crossed swords/jambiya" seal of the Sultanate of Oman on the right side of the slide. Includes an oiled walnut board shoulder stock with unnumbered iron and attached leather flap holster, along with photocopy of the BATFE C& R exception list for the NFA verifying that the shoulder-stocked Muscat & Oman High Power pistols as acceptable without a tax stamp.

Very fine as refinished, retaining 95% plus arsenal black finish with signs of streaking, softened markings, and scattered minor pitted texturing to the frame. Grips are exceptionally fine with some minor handling marks and well-defined checkering. Mechanically excellent. Board stock and connected holster are exceptionally fine with rich oiled finish and limited handling marks.
