Very fine. The rifle retains 80% original blue finish with a smooth brown patina on the balance. The hammer and lever retain 40% original case colors. A couple of patches of deep pitting are present on the buttplate. The wood is fine showing some minor pressure dents and a number of minor scratches with some worn checkering. Mechanically excellent.
