Description:

Both knives are M3 pattern, 11 1/2 inches overall with the early style markings on the right side flat of the 6 3/4 inch blued spear point blade, steel guard with angled thumb rest, ribbed leather washer grip, steel pommel, and a leather sheath with steel reinforcing plates near the tip. 1) U.S. R.C.Co. knife, with a "1943" dated L&C leather sheath. 2) U.S. Camillus knife, with a "1943" dated Milsco sheath.

Rating Definition:

1) Very fine, with most of the bright original blue on the blade, mild spotting and wear overall, surface rust visible on the guard and pommel, and some cracking and tearing of the leather on the otherwise fine scabbard. 2) As 1, with rust concentrated on the guard.
