This likely 18th century sword lacks any identifying markings. The 18 1/2 inch bade has a 4 3/8 inch false edge, and the lower 4 inches of he blade has scrollwork and gilding. The carved bone or antique ivory grip has silver mounts, and the brown leather scabbard also has silver mounts with hunting themed designs. Provenance: Property of a Gentleman
