Features a circled "Hans Römer/Neu-Ulm" manufacturer marking on the interior of the flap with "590" above, along with "eagle/swastika/M III/8" naval and "eagle/swastika/WaA103" proofs, "P 38" marking, and an "E 6448" service unit designation stamped on the back side. Provenance: The Estate Collection of Charles Wagner

Rating Definition:

Very fine, with flaking dark blue/black paint visible on the exterior of the flap, clear markings, and supple leather.
