Built with a blued steel barrel featuring a ramped blade front sight, fixed rear sight, and Krieghoff's quick release bridge pivot scope mount holding a Zeiss Diatal-ZA 8x56mm scope on the raised quarter rib, standard markings, front sling stud, 2002 dated German proof marks, and a single band of engraving at the breech. The barrel is fitted to a nitride finished triggerplate action which features attractive hand cut Arabesque scroll engraving, Krieghoff's "Combi-Cocking Devce" tang mounted manual safety/cocking piece, and "KRIEGHOFF/HUBERTUS" model marking on the underside. The rifle is fitted with a nicely figured and multi-point checkered Schnabel forend as well as a pistol grip stock with an engraved bear inlaid in the grip, rear sling stud, and a black rubber recoil pad. Includes two extra matching numbered 23 5/8 inch barrels, one octagon in 6.5x57R and the other is round in 30-06, both with their own forend and scope mount. Also included is a wood and leather takedown case that houses the entire set. Length of pull 13 7/8 inches. Weight 7 lbs. 12 oz.

Excellent overall, retaining 99% original blue and nitride finishes with minor handling evidence and sharp checkering on the stock and forend. Mechanically excellent. Scope optics sharp, some spotting on the tube. The case is very fine and the extra barrels are excellent.
