Fitted with a serrated ramp front sight, adjustable rear sight, and checkered walnut grips with silver S&W medallions. The revolver has a factory rework star on the butt as well as "10.44" (October, 1944) factory return date under the left grip. The revolver shows matching serial numbers on the barrel, cylinder, butt, and right grip panel.

Rating Definition:

Very fine overall as factory refinished, retaining 95% plus blue finish with minor handling evidence, some rubbing at the muzzle, a few freckles of spotting, and sharp checkering on the grips. Mechanically excellent.
