Description:

This is a nice example of a early WWII Russian M1940 SVT semi-automatic rifle. This was the primary Russian semi-automatic rifle used throughout WWII by the Russians. These were eventually withdrawn after WWII with the development of the AK-47 and SKS rifles. This model was manufactured at the Ishevsk Factory and the top of the receiver is marked with the Arrow in a Triangle, the symbol for the Ishevsk Factory over 1941 for the year of manufacture. It has the correct full length stock with the three-quarter length handguard with the blued all steel perforated cover over the gas piston area and it is fitted with the original muzzle break. It is fitted with a Russian marked green canvas sling, a cleaning rod, metal oiler, approximately 50 new manufacture stripper clips, an ammo pouch, take down tools and manual.

Rating Definition:

Arsenal reconditioned with 98% of the arsenal refinished blue. The stock and handguard are also in near mint condition after arsenal refurbishment with no handling marks. It has matching numbers except for the magazine. A very nice example of an early WWII Russian Tokarev.
