This is a nice example of a Mauser HS c pocket pistol as produced for the Nazi Police during WWII. The left side of the slide has the Mauser banner and two-line markings, "Mauser-Werke A.G. Oberndorf a.N./ Mod. HS c. Kal. 7,65 mm", and the "Eagle/ Swastika L" police proof on the left rear of the trigger guard bow. On the right side of the pistol, the rear section of the trigger guard and the front edge of the slide have the Nazi "eagle/ N" commercial proof. The magazine is stamped with the Mauser logo on the blued base, and the rear of the frame is machined for a lanyard loop. With a brown leather flap holster, marked with an "eagle/ swastika" under the flap and "PM" inside the flap, and an extra magazine.

Excellent plus with 99% of the bright original blue finish remaining. Some very light edge wear and minor spotting is visible overall. The grips are excellent, with a few light scratches. Excellent action and fine holster with some light scuffs and cuts.
