This pistol was manufactured by Walther and distributed by Smith & Wesson. It features oak leaf and acorn engraving on the slide. The right side of the frame is marked "S&W HOULTON, ME USA", the barrel is marked ".380 ACP" and the serial number and model are marked on the right side of the frame under the grip panel. The grips are extra fancy select walnut with the Walther banner carved at the tops and checkered lower portion with an oak branch, leafs and acorns in relief at the lower rear corners The magazine is nickel with the Walther banner and caliber marking on each side and a black plastic extension. Complete with a black plastic case numbered to the gun, extra magazine, test casing and papers.

Near new with only a series of very small dings on the rear of the frame.
