This revolver, produced between 1935 and 1941, is an outgrowth of the "Bekeart Model" revolver. "SMITH & WESSON" and "22 LONG RIFLE CTG" markings on the side of the pinned barrel, and "MADE IN U.S.A" on the right side of the 5-screw frame. The front sight blade is a notched half-moon with a rear sight adjustable for windage and elevation set into the top strap. Checkered wraparound walnut extension grips with an extended knuckle on the backstrap.

Excellent, with 95-97% of the original blue finish. A few light handling marks are visible, with some minor wear on the high edges. Grips are very good as recheckered, with small pressure dents. Excellent action.
