One in a series of limited production revolvers built by the S&W Performance Center produced for Lew Horton Distributing Company. This four screw revolver is equipped with a round barrel, a pinned Patridge front sight with gold bead, and an adjustable rear sight. The right side of the barrel is marked ".45 COLT CTG.", the left side "SMITH & WESSON" and the Performance Center logo appears on the left side of the frame. Case colored frame and extra fancy checkered grips with S&W medallions. Complete in gold Heritage Series box numbered to another Model 25, and triggerguard lock.
