This revolver was manufactured exclusively for the prestigious Policia de Investigaciones del Peru, the Peruvian equivalent to our FBI. The frame is marked with the Peruvian seal on the right side plate. This steel cylinder revolver has a fixed front ramp sight and a notch rear sight, casehardened trigger and hammer, 5-round capacity and checkered grips with Smith & Wesson medallions. Complete with original S&W blue box numbered to gun, cleaning rod, papers, and a S&W ad for the limited sale of this gun. Only 250 manufactured in 1984.
