Manufactured from 1910 to 1917 and features full coverage custom engraving. The muzzle, breech of the barrel and forward portion of the frame ahead of the cylinder are decorated with geometric patterns, while the barrel, left side of the frame and cylinder flats are decorated with a relief floral patterns. The trigger guard and front strap have scroll and banner designs and the bottom and top rear of the frame have geometric designs. The barrel is marked on top with the standard three line address patent dates flanked by Maltese crosses and "32 LONG CTG." on the left side, both in panels. Standard blade front and notch rear sights, (the front sight has been flattened) and fitted with over sized two-piece checkered grips. The initials "DRH" are inscribed on the front right side frame edge.

Custom embellished and finished overall. There is minor pitting in the cylinder flutes, on the left side of the barrel and on the hammer and trigger that have been finished over. The markings remain clear and crisp. The heavily worn grips are reoiled with a couple of small chips on the left panel, moderate wear to the checkering and a few minor handling marks. The engraving is sharp. The action is fine.
