Manufactured in Italy, this "Texas" Paterson reproduction percussion revolver can only fire blanks and features standard markings, brass pin front sight and the stagecoach holdup scene engraved cylinder and a blue two-tone finish. Flip down trigger and fitted with smooth grips. All but one of the cylinder nipples have been removed and modified to accept blank cartridges. Consignor states that the revolver was used in the 1986 film "Dream West", starring Richard Chamberlain, Ben Johnson and Jerry Orbach. Complete with a copy of a Stembridge Gun Rental document that mentions this exact revolver by serial number, a 9 inch barrel Paterson issued to Sony Classic Pictures, dated 20 September 1985. Stembridge Gun Rental was a gun provider for the movie industry that was once housed on the Paramount Studios lot in Hollywood, CA.

Partially refinished, the barrel and cylinder, with approximately 98% of the current two-tone blue finish remaining with light edge wear and some light nicks, dings and scratches. Most of the dings on the barrel lug have been finished over. The grips are very good with light lower edge wear and some minor scratches and handling marks.
