Manufactured from 1926 to 1948. Brass and ivory front bead sight and double bead rear sight on a solid rib. Double triggers, 3 inch chambers, extractor, cocking indicators and tang safety. Casehardened broad scroll engraved box lock action with bird game engraved scenes on the sides. Grade 3 checkered forearm with ebony insert and pistol grip stock with checkered side flats, grip cap and solid recoil pad. Complete with a canvas bound takedown case with leather corner protectors, green felt lining and Ithaca label on inside of the lid. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Very good. The barrels retain about 85% original blue with the beginnings of a gray patina. The action retains about 15% of the bright case colors strongest around the fences, under the break lever and water table. There are a few minor chips on the forearm, otherwise the wood is fine with some scattered minor dings and scratches. The checkering is crisp. The markings and engraving are clear and crisp. The recoil pad has hardened. The case is very fine with some minor scuff marks mostly on the leather corner protectors. The lining shows limited wear.
